I’m an Assistant Professor of Higher Education and Student Affairs at Morgan State University in the School of Education and Urban Studies.
I am an educator and researcher focused on issues of climate and equity in online and technology-enhanced learning environments. . This work builds on Adult Education, Higher Education, and Learning Sciences scholarship.
I was recently awarded an Early Career Award from the U.S. Dept of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences to study Trauma-Informed Online Teaching in Higher Education.
